Suzanne has over twenty-three years of experience in general corporate and transactional law. She has a broad based general business, commercial, and transactional practice, representing various size businesses, including start-up companies, in a large variety of industries.

For the first ten years of her career, Suzanne worked with large firms in Washington, D.C., where she handled complex business transactions as well as joint ventures and corporate and contract matters. Subsequently, Suzanne moved her practice to Montgomery County, Maryland, where she has continued to focus her practice on corporate and business matters. Suzanne has extensive experience in assisting clients in all aspects of business law, including formation and dissolution of entities, on-going corporate advice and planning, management, employment and stock compensation issues, contract preparation and negotiation, ordinary and complex financing arrangements (with institutional and venture capital sources), and the purchase, sale and merger of businesses.
