Roger has over 24 years experience as a corporate and business adviser.  He began his career as a tax accountant/consultant with Touche Ross & Company (now known as Deloitte & Touche).  After gaining experience as a corporate/business attorney with two Montgomery County, Maryland firms, in 1992, he formed his own firm.

Roger’s vision was to establish a law firm that afforded its clients high quality legal services, at reasonable hourly rates. By managing the firm’s overhead with systems and technological advancements, he provided a foundation to serve the needs of the firm’s varied client base, as well as an attraction for talented attorneys and staff.   Fifteen years later, Roger had built and managed one of the most successful law firms in Montgomery County, Maryland.

In 2007, Roger and Suzanne formed Samek & Rotbert, LLC.    Roger’s practice continues to focus on delivering business as well as legal counsel to small, medium and large companies, executives and business people.  Roger assists his clientele in formulating strategies and transaction structures. With his perspective as a manager of the law firm, certified public accountant and business advisor, he has been successful in providing sound counsel and judgment to a diverse client base.
