Morgan graduated from Emory Law School in Atlanta, GA in 2005.  Since then, she has practiced transactional law working on complex corporate, real estate and financing matters.  Morgan comes from a large law firm background and has represented clients ranging from small start-up companies to the Fortune-100.  

At Samek and Rotbert, LLC Morgan works with both Roger and Suzanne to provide legal counsel to small, medium and large companies.  Morgan assists clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing deals, joint ventures, contracts, general corporate needs, and the overall organization, strategy and structure for complex business transactions.
